You do not need every catalogue dimension before contacting EVER POWER. A model marking, clear photo or machine drawing is a useful starting point. The fastest path to a specific pulley quote is to include the belt section, shaft diameter, groove count and speed requirement.
Email [email protected] or use the enquiry form. For replacement work, attach or email a clear view of the pulley face, hub/bush and any visible marking when available.

RFQ FAQ
I do not know the pulley model. Can I still ask for a quote?
Yes. Send the belt marking, groove count, shaft diameter, measured diameters and clear photos. A machine drawing is even better if available.
Which diameter should I use for the drive ratio?
Use the pitch/datum diameter P. Outside diameter O is mainly useful for physical clearance and replacement identification.
What should I send for a taper-bush pulley?
Send both the pulley marking and the bush marking if visible, plus the shaft diameter and keyway information.
Can I request a non-standard bore or other special requirement?
State the required bore, material/finish, balance or inspection requirement in the RFQ so feasibility can be confirmed for the ordered configuration.
How should I describe a replacement from another standard?
Send the original belt/profile marking and drawing reference. Do not assume a different groove system is interchangeable solely from diameter or appearance.
